Common Name: Fern - Tasmanian Tree Fern

Evergreen tree fern with extravagant fronds. Plant in light shade well drained humus rich soil. Protect from winter frost. For indoor growth, use a container filled with a potting mixture composed of bark, loam, sand and leaf mold. Provide bright but somewhat filtered sun light. Move plants outside in summer.

Plant Care: Protect crown from frost by insulating with straw bound chicken wire.
