Athyrium niponicum 'Apple Court'
Common Name: Fern - Apple Court Crested Painted Fern
Deciduous fern has purple, silver and green markings. Each leaf is crested both up the sides and onto the tip with contrasting burgundy stems. Some sunlight is necessary to draw out the coloring. Grow in moist but well-drained soil in part shade.
Plant Care: Leaves may be trimmed to the ground in late fall or early spring. Plants are easily divided in spring, every 3 to 4 years
