Port Kells Nurseries is a family owned and operated premiere garden centre. We are one of the largest bedding plant and hanging basket suppliers in the Fraser Valley. Servicing the garden needs of Surrey, Langley, Cloverdale, Metro Vancouver, and the Fraser Valley.
Since our start in 1992, we’ve grown from a tiny, 2,700 square-foot lot to 37 acres and over 40,000 square feet of greenhouses and a 4,000 square foot gift shop. We have a staff of more than 65 knowledgeable employees.
We offer an assortment of perennials, annuals, hanging baskets, shrubs, trees, hedging cedars, and water plants.
We have an excellent bulk material selection, as well as 9 delivery trucks!

Rene Duineveld was born in Holland and worked on the family flower bulb farm. In 1982 he immigrated to Canada where he found work in the British Columbia horticultural industry.
Rene soon found another passion, it was a lady by the name of Joanne. It was not long after that they were married. In 1992 Rene and Joanne opened the doors of their own business…
