My main tasks are: Training staff, Scheduling, Emails, Quotes, Customer Service, Supply/order, restock, Displays, Pruning and shaping shrubs as required. I am also in charge of staff safety: Appropriate clothing [seasonal], Mental health, Communication between staff and departments, Birthdays, and Secret Santa.
