I do all the buying for Trees and Shrubs so making sure we always have enough stock or sourcing product specifically for customers directly. Between staying up to date on the almost endless new varieties that get released every year and the tried and true ones that people love half the job is reading about or looking up plants.

There aren’t a lot of jobs that encourage you to talk about plants all day so that is pretty tough to beat and getting to help customers plan out their gardens whether it’s in their head or on paper is something I never get tired of.
