Common Name: Maple - Amur Maple
Amur Maple has dark green foliage throughout the season. The lobed leaves turn orange in the fall. It is extremely hardy, drought tolerant, has great seasonal interest and will even tolerate some shade. Its arching habit can be enhanced with pruning.This tree does best in full sun to partial shade. It is very adaptable to both dry and moist locations, and should do just fine under average home landscape conditions.
Plant Care: It will benefit from a top dressing of fertilizer around the base of the plant and the removal of any damaged branches in spring.
