Common Name: Azalea - Mother's Day Azalea
A dwarf evergreen with small leaves. Produces abundant trusses of funnel-shaped crimson-scarlet blooms in mid-spring. Low growth habit.
Plant Care: Add a mulch of well-rotted garden compost or organic matter around the base of the plant each spring to encourage new growth to develop during the summer. Be careful not to plant too deep and incorporate lots of peat into the planting hole.
