Acalypha pendula
Common Name: Chenille Plant
Acalypha pendula gets its common name from the fuzzy plumes of tiny red flowers that trail above a thick mound of small, serrated leaves. Given enough light, this plant blooms nearly year-round. It is a good container, hanging basket and greenhouse plant, when taken indoors in the fall. Plant in moist, well-drained soil and provide full sun to partial shade
See in-store for available varieties carried
Plant Care: Pinch off flowers as soon as they start to fade. This will encourage many more blooms. Feed monthly from March to September.
