They can be used to make borders around your vegetable garden, or along back property lines. Then there are bush bearing fruit. Blueberry bushes are attractive, compact, and fits well right in many flower beds. British Columbia’s temperate climate is ideal for growing many fruits.

When considering planting fruits, gardeners take note that many fruit are popular with birds and other animals. If you want to attract birds to your yard, small fruits may be just the answer.
